We graze our cattle using a technique called mob grazing – each day we rotate our cattle to a new paddock. While the cattle enjoy getting a fresh new “salad bar” each day, we are also stimulating a vibrant polyculture of perennial grasses. As cows are herbivores, we never feed grain to ours at any point in their life. They are grass fed and finished on pasture alone. By managing our cows using sustainable and regenerative practices we are also able to raise our herd completely antibiotic and hormone free. All of these factors come together and produce beef that is full of flavor and far healthier than conventional beef.
